- General ledger and financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Maintenance of bank accounts and credit cards
- Monthly, quarterly and annual budget planning and forecast
- Preparation of annual audits
- Preparation of annual filings necessary to comply with all licensing bodies
- All tax filings (990s, 1099s to vendors, W-2s to employees)
- Assistance with purchasing and vendor contracts
