Joe Leone

Mr. Leone has been with Inperium since its 2015 inception and has spent over 19 years working within the Constellation’s family of companies, originally joining Supportive Concepts for Families in June of 2003. During his time with the organization, Joe has been a critical part of the core leadership team. That experience will serve him well in his new role. Joe resides in Berks County with his wife Lana, their two children, and two dogs. He is also a Board Supervisor for the First Non-Profit Organization based out of Chicago, which administers Unemployment claims for reimbursable non-profits throughout the country. Mr. Leone holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Albright College and is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania.

Joe commented, “Almost my entire professional life has been associated with this organization in some fashion and I am honored to be named the CFO of Apis Services, Inc. I plan to provide financial support to the affiliates in our Constellation and work in tandem with them to stay financially viable and expand their services to their communities and to further their respective missions.”
