Apis Services respects your privacy, and we are committed to protecting any personal information you share with us.

Anonymized information, such as IP address and general website usage behavior, is collected through cookies and is analyzed in aggregate to monitor overall site traffic data and improve the user experience. This information is not connected to specific personal information like name, phone number, or email address, and is not shared publicly beyond internal teams managing your digital experience with Apis Services. 

Personal information—such as name, phone number, and email address—voluntarily provided by an individual to Apis Services under the following circumstances, is collected and used as follows:

  • General inquiry messages sent through our Contact form: Name, email address, phone number (optional), and any personal information described in the message are stored in our website content management system and sent via email to a company representative to address or route requests accordingly.
  • Employee inquiry direct email messages or phone calls to Apis teams listed on our Contact page: Information provided via email is stored in our ticketing platform, while that provided via phone call is managed and stored securely on a case-by-case basis. 
  • Job applications sent through our Careers page: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, employment history, and all other application information is stored in ADP and provided to recruiting and hiring teams for the purposes of employment and future internal communications.
  • Employee information: Upon mutual confirmation of employment, additional employee information (such as social security number, bank information for payroll, and emergency contact information) may be collected and stored in ADP for use by Human Resources.

We are required to request your consent to be contacted via SMS when collecting phone number data submitted through our Contact Form. Phone numbers collected through SMS opt-in on the Contact Form will be used for employee contact only, not for marketing purposes.  Phone numbers submitted through the Contact Form for general inquiries will not receive SMS follow-up.  By providing your phone number on the Contact form and opting in, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Apis Services related to employment matters, including but not limited to scheduling, HR notifications, workplace updates, and other operational communications. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment.

Mobile Opt in, SMS Consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party and affiliates for marketing purposes. Learn more about our SMS Terms & Conditions here.

Apis Services retains SMS consent records and associated phone numbers for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law. When an employee’s consent is revoked or their employment ends, Apis Services will delete the associated phone number from its SMS distribution lists within a commercially reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required for legal or regulatory purposes.
