We must request your consent to be contacted via SMS when collecting phone number data submitted through our Contact Form. Phone numbers collected through SMS opt-in on the Contact Form will be used for employee contact only, not for marketing purposes. Phone numbers submitted through the Contact Form for general inquiries will not receive SMS follow-up. By providing your phone number on the Contact form and opting in, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Apis Services related to employment matters, including but not limited to scheduling, HR notifications, workplace updates, and other operational communications. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment. 

Please note the following SMS disclosures:

• Messaging frequency may vary.
• Standard messaging and data rates may apply per your carrier's plan policies.
• You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Apis Services by providing your phone number and indicating your consent through the Contact Form on our website.
• Reply “HELP” to any message for assistance, or contact us at web@apismgt.org.
• Reply “STOP” to any message, and you will no longer receive communications from Apis Services. When you opt out, we will immediately discontinue sending messages to your phone number.

Mobile Opt in, SMS Consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party and affiliates for marketing purposes.
