Apis Services seeks full-time Accounting Supervisor at our Berks County, Exeter township office. The position will support the Financial Planning & Analysis team and Fiscal department by capturing, monitoring, reviewing and analyzing pertinent data that supports major corporate decisions.

Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance related with US GAAP knowledge
- 2-5 years’ experience working in a non-profit organization, preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency, with emphasis on Advanced Excel skills
- Capable of handling and analyzing data and data evaluation metrics
- One year plus of supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Essential Elements of the Position
- Develop/Build/Optimize KPIs and Financial reports to aid directors and executives in analysis and decision making.
- Develop standardized, automated financial and operational reporting to include KPI dashboards.
- Develop & implement internal controls that enhance or introduce risk mitigation when it comes to the recording, processing and communication of financial data.
- Integrate financial systems and processes for new acquisitions and serve as a liaison to new companies during integration.
- Prepare financial models (e.g. capital investments, program closures, new programs, and sustainability analysis)
- Supervises and trains/orients accountant personnel, reviews staff performance
- Assist in the completion of month end close for the consolidated entity by supporting other fiscal staff.
