The Children’s Home of Reading seeks a Full Time Adoption Caseworker for our Adoption Program, servicing the Berks and surrounding counties. Position provides SWAN adoption services to children and families preparing them for permanency.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, or human services field required.
- Experience with children, youth and families preferred.
- One year verified experience in SWAN adoption work preferred.
- Must be available and willing to work a flexible schedule.
- Must hold a valid PA driver’s license and a good driving record, with proof of auto insurance coverage. Must hold own liability insurance.
- Bilingual preferred
Additional Requirements: The candidate must pass a Criminal Record History Clearance, FBI and Child Abuse History Clearance, as well as possess a valid PA Driver’s License.
