We are seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of Community Home Supervisor in Lebanon & Pine Grove, PA.

Responsibilities include the following:
- Supervise and direct the work of Community Home Leads and Direct Care Professionals.
- Provide meaningful activities for our consumers and assist with daily living skills.
- Complete live schedules for all assigned homes, cover absences, and notify HR of employee absences.
- Monitor proper completion of all required paperwork to include but not limited to medication logs, goal documentation, charts, fire drills, quarterly reviews, etc.
- Participate in quality inspections on all shifts.
Education, experience and skills:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelors Degree in Human Services preferred
- Supervisory experience in Human Services Field preferred
- 1 year of experience in Human Services (or related) Field preferred
- Driver’s license issued at least 6 months prior to hire date required
