YOUTH SUPPORT WORKERS will:
- Provide quality care to Children with an intellectual developmental disability as well as trauma in their background.
- Transport individuals to appointments and activities
- Maintain detailed documentation using an online system
- Assist with activities of daily living such as cooking meals, laundry, cleaning and personal hygiene
- Administer medications
Hiring Requirements: The candidate must pass a Criminal Record History Clearance, FBI and Child Abuse History Clearance, as well as possess a valid NJ/PA Driver’s License. The candidate must pass a Physical & Drug Screening & possess the ability to attend and successfully complete all sponsored trainings. We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
Additional Requirements: Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent as well as 2+ years experience providing direct support to children with intellectual disabilities in a behavioral health agency or institutional setting. Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education or related field a plus!

We provide safe and supportive residential treatment opportunities and therapeutic services to empower youth ages 5 to 21. Crossroads is an affiliate of Apis Services.
Apis Services and its family of affiliates, provides supporting services to an array of non-profit, public charity organizations including, but not limited to, human services, behavior health, and intellectual development disability agencies.
