Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s level or an unlicensed Master’s level practitioner with 1-year relevant experience
- Supervisory experience of paraprofessionals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Relevant experience with youth with I/DD challenges

We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of HOUSE MANAGER (Full-time) in Morganville, NJ.

Summary of Essential Duties:
- To advance ethical practice and professionalism while supporting protection emotional stability and healthy childhood development through service coordination, linkage, etc.
- Compile all relevant information and documentation pertaining to youth
- Participate in service coordination on behalf of youth and families under the supervision of the Program Director
- Work in tandem with the lead therapist youth, family/ guardian as well as all other members of the MDT providing non-clinical input in the development of individual services plans, treatment plans, and joint care review
- Supervise milieu staff and schedules
- Oversee daily operational aspects of the house
- Arrange and participate in family orientation
- Provide case management (i.e. serve as a school, community, and ancillary liaison)
- Review and sign all required paperwork
- Provide on-site family psycho-educational activities consistent with the comprehensive treatment and discharge plan
- Attend treatment team meetings
- Provide assistance with ADL skills.
- Remains in consistent contact with all members of the youths MDT (internal/in-house and external)
- Provides Client-centered advocacy
- Provides referral and linkage to ancillary and or specialized treatment services and interventions
- Routinely conducts school, home, and ancillary visits
- Schedules and attend special appointments (medical, allied, etc.)
- Responsible for correspondence on behalf of the youth and family-treat team letters invites, as well as monthly/quarterly plan dissemination to members of the youths MDT
- Responsible for file management-maintenance of youth records
- Participate in treatment conferences, individual educational plans, child family team, emergency review meetings, etc.
- Actively Participants in, in-house MDT, House Rounds, Clinical Rounds, and Case Managers
- Responsible for youth Authorization Status and Coverage Eligibility
- Review of Licensing Req.
- To document accurately and effectively all clinical and staffing services provided.
- Documents all weekly contacts on behalf of youth and family
- Documents using clear, concise clinical language that accurately represents case management efforts-service linkage and coordination.
- Coordinates and supervises staff scheduling within the home
