We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the roles of both Full-Time and Part Time Personal Care Specialist at Hawthorne House in Berks. Must be able to work needed shifts.
No experience is required – we offer on the job paid training! All candidates must be reliable and free from child abuse offenses.
- $1,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time positions, $250 for part time positions

Education, experience and skills:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma, GED
- 6 months to 1 year experience as a caregiver (preferred)
- CNA license (preferred)
Responsibilities of the Personal Care Specialist include:
- Responsible for the safety and well-being of all the individuals residing in the home
- Assist with adult daily living needs, the provision of nutritious meals, laundry service, administrative support and medication administration
- Accurately complete paperwork, to include but not limited to, medication logs, daily logs, goal logs, and incident reports
- Complete required training on an annual basis
