Leave of Absence

If you expect to be away from work for more than three consecutive workdays due to a serious health condition, childbirth, adoption, family caregiving responsibilities, military leave, or another qualifying reason, you may be eligible for a leave of absence (LOA).

Apis Services partners with its leave administrator to support employees through the leave process, including requests related to Short-Term Disability (STD), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodations, when applicable.

Fitness Reimbursement Program

Get rewarded for investing in your health with up to $250 back on fitness membership costs

Eligible employees enrolled in an Apis Services medical plan through Aetna may receive up to $250 in fitness membership reimbursement each program year.

Choose the fitness facility or program that works best for you and earn reimbursement by completing 50 qualifying workouts during the program period.

Eligible fitness facilities may include those offering:

  • Fitness equipment
  • Group exercise classes
  • Personal training
  • Spinning
  • Yoga
  • Pilates
  • Similar fitness programs

Participating facilities must be able to provide documentation verifying your completed workouts.
