Apis Services offers DailyPay as an optional financial wellness benefit that provides eligible employees with greater flexibility in accessing their earned wages.

With DailyPay, you can:

• View your available earned pay between paydays.
• Access eligible earned wages before your regularly scheduled payday.
• Monitor your earnings in real time.
• Plan and manage your finances using the tools available through the DailyPay platform.

Participation in DailyPay is completely voluntary. Employees who choose not to enroll will continue to receive their regular pay according to the organization’s standard payroll schedule.

ADP is the primary employee self-service platform for Apis Services. It provides convenient access to many of the tools and information you use throughout your employment.

Using ADP, you can:

• View and manage your time and attendance information.
• Request and track Paid Time Off (PTO).
• Access pay statements and tax documents.
• Review benefits information.
• View employee policies and other HR resources.

The Apis Services Wellness Rate Program rewards employees who take an active role in their health and well-being.

Eligible employees who complete the required wellness activities qualify for the Wellness health insurance contribution rate during the applicable plan year. Employees who do not complete the program will be enrolled at the Standard contribution rate.

To qualify for the Wellness Rate, employees must:

• Complete two required wellness activities.
• Complete one additional bonus activity.
• Submit the required documentation by the program deadline.

Employees who complete additional bonus activities may also be eligible to enter a drawing for a $250 gift card, as outlined in the program guide.
