Relias is Apis Services’ online learning platform, providing employees with convenient access to required training, continuing education, and professional development resources.

All employees use Relias to complete mandatory training assignments, such as information security awareness and required policy acknowledgments. Employees can also monitor training progress and stay current with organizational learning requirements.

For employees whose positions require Continuing Education Units (CEUs), Relias offers access to approved continuing education courses at no additional cost.

Direct service professionals may also have access to certification and credentialing opportunities that support regulatory compliance, professional growth, and career advancement.

What you can do in Relias

Using Relias, you can:

  • Complete required organizational training.
  • Electronically acknowledge company policies and required documents.
  • Track assigned learning and training completion.
  • Complete eligible Continuing Education Unit (CEU) courses.

Pay Calendar

The Apis Services pay calendar provides important payroll dates and processing deadlines throughout the year, helping employees and supervisors stay informed and ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.

The calendar includes:

  • Pay period beginning and ending dates
  • Payroll processing schedules
  • Timecard submission deadlines
  • Supervisor approval deadlines
  • Payroll adjustment deadlines
  • Scheduled pay dates

Because payroll schedules vary across our affiliate organizations, separate calendars are available for affiliates operating on one-week and two-week payroll lag schedules.

Apis Services observes designated holidays each year. Because our organization supports a variety of operational environments, holiday schedules may differ for business office employees and direct care professionals.

The annual holiday schedule identifies observed holidays and provides guidance regarding holiday eligibility, scheduling, and office closures.

The standard observed holidays include:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

DailyPay

Access your earned pay before payday

Apis Services offers DailyPay as an optional financial wellness benefit that provides eligible employees with greater flexibility in accessing their earned wages.

With DailyPay, you can:

  • View your available earned pay between paydays.
  • Access eligible earned wages before your regularly scheduled payday.
  • Monitor your earnings in real time.
  • Plan and manage your finances using the tools available through the DailyPay platform.

Participation in DailyPay is completely voluntary. Employees who choose not to enroll will continue to receive their regular pay according to the organization’s standard payroll schedule.
