Employees may incur approved business expenses while traveling or making purchases on behalf of Apis Services or an affiliate organization. To ensure timely reimbursement and accurate recordkeeping, Apis Services uses Emburse as its employee expense reimbursement platform.

Emburse allows employees to:

  • Submit approved business expenses for reimbursement
  • Upload receipts and supporting documentation
  • Track the status of reimbursement requests
  • Maintain a record of previously submitted expense reports

Emburse is available through your Okta dashboard using your existing organizational credentials.

Note: Emburse replaces the previous process of submitting employee expense reimbursement requests directly to the Payroll Team. All eligible reimbursement requests should now be submitted through the Emburse platform.

The Apis Services pay calendar provides important payroll dates and processing deadlines throughout the year, helping employees and supervisors stay informed and ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.

The calendar includes:

  • Pay period beginning and ending dates
  • Payroll processing schedules
  • Timecard submission deadlines
  • Supervisor approval deadlines
  • Payroll adjustment deadlines
  • Scheduled pay dates

Because payroll schedules vary across our affiliate organizations, separate calendars are available for affiliates operating on one-week and two-week payroll lag schedules.

Apis Services offers DailyPay as an optional financial wellness benefit that provides eligible employees with greater flexibility in accessing their earned wages.

With DailyPay, you can:

  • View your available earned pay between paydays.
  • Access eligible earned wages before your regularly scheduled payday.
  • Monitor your earnings in real time.
  • Plan and manage your finances using the tools available through the DailyPay platform.

Participation in DailyPay is completely voluntary. Employees who choose not to enroll will continue to receive their regular pay according to the organization’s standard payroll schedule.
